- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across commercial sites including hotels, pubs and restaurants.
- Perform carpentry work: repairs to doors, locks, woodwork, skirting boards, architraves and some roofing duties.
- Provide basic maintenance tasks such as plumbing, tiling, painting and decorating.
