Working as part of a small, skilled night engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance across complex production lines. This is a key role focused on maximising equipment reliability, reducing downtime, and improving overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). The site operates advanced, high-speed processes including chemical handling, heating, and precision manufacturing, offering engineers exposure to specialist equipment within a COMAH-regulated environment.

Non‑Negotiable Requirements:
  • Maintenance experience within a manufacturing or forces background
  • Level 3 in Engineering or above
Requirements:
  • Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic skills
  • Experience with PPM systems and continuous improvement
  • Understanding of Health & Safety regulations within manufacturing
  • Engineering qualification (apprentice trained or equivalent)
Desirable Requirements:
  • Experience working in a COMAH or highly regulated environment
  • Exposure to high-speed or automated production lines
  • Basic electrical fault‑finding capability
  • Experience using CMMS systems
