Our client is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Electrician with 2391 Inspection & Testing to join their team for long-term temporary work based out of Aylsham, covering domestic, commercial, and industrial projects across Norfolk. This role offers consistent work with the opportunity to secure additional contracts and ongoing projects on a self-employed basis for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out electrical installation work on domestic, commercial, and industrial properties
- Performing inspection, testing, and fault-finding duties
- Completing Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs)
- Testing existing installations and identifying remedial works where required
- Ensuring all work complies with current wiring regulations and health & safety standards
- Completing certification and associated documentation accurately
- Working independently on site as well as part of a wider team
- Travelling to various sites across Norfolk as required
Requirements
- JIB/ECS Gold Card
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification
- 2391 Inspection & Testing qualification
- Proven experience within domestic, commercial, and industrial environments
- Strong understanding of electrical compliance and safety standards
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Must be willing to travel across Norfolk
