This is an excellent opportunity for a coded TIG Welder with a manufacturing background to join a modern production environment, working on high-quality fabricated components while benefiting from ongoing training, excellent benefits and long-term career development.

TIG Welder Responsibilities
- Carry out high-quality TIG welding and fabrication work
- Read and interpret engineering drawings (Third Angle Projection)
- Manufacture components to required quality standards
- Work to coded welding procedures
- Carry out MPI and dye penetrant inspections where required
- Complete job bookings and production records using the MRP system
- Maintain excellent housekeeping and 5S standards
- Follow quality procedures and report any defects promptly
TIG Welder Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' TIG welding experience within a manufacturing environment
- Current or previous coded welding experience
- Confident reading engineering drawings
- Fabrication experience
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles is beneficial
