Position: Assistant Quantity Surveyor – Social Housing Refurbishment – London

Salary: To £35k + Package

Company Overview: My client is a large privately owned main contractor based in South East London. They undertake public sector contracts, primarily in affordable housing up to £40 million. With a full order book they have contracts across London.

Position: Due to the recent award of 3 x planned social housing refurbishment frameworks, my client has a requirement for 2 x Assistant QS’ to join the team. These are office based roles reporting to a Senior QS and the successful candidate will be working predominately on internal works with 1-2 days a week on site.

Individual: You will ideally be qualified in Quantity Surveying and be looking to join a company that has an outstanding track record of training and developing surveyors. Previous refurbishment experience on public sector projects is but not essential.

Great position! Opportunity to work with a large main contractor. This position in South East London with sites based in East and South London offers a great step up for an ambitious Trainee / Assistant QS.
