We are an extremely fast‑paced 24/7 multi‑trade contracting firm based in our hometown of Paisley (no remote working). We operate mostly in social housing and also in private domestic homes. The successful candidate will be a key member of the team, reporting to the Business Systems Director.

As a 24/7 reactive repairs, maintenance knowledge of frameworks such as M3NHF (Housing Federation) is highly advantageous.

  • Prepare accurate cost estimates for labour, materials, and equipment for private and social housing works.
  • Maintain and update simPRO diligently and effectively.
  • Demonstrate strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, with strong numeracy skills and commercial awareness.
  • Attend customer meetings to present, discuss, and agree on costs to maintain profitability.
  • Demonstrate excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve shared objectives.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of social housing and private domestic works.
