We are looking to recruit Apprentice Construction Plant Engineers to join our team and begin an exciting career in heavy plant engineering. This is a fixed-term 4-year programme, including a 3-year college-based apprenticeship, designed to support your development from day one. You’ll work closely with experienced and qualified Service Engineers, gaining hands‑on experience both in the workshop and out in the field. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop the skills, knowledge and confidence needed to build a successful long‑term career in the industry.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Work as part of a close‑knit team in both workshop and field environments
  • Support the maintenance and repair of advanced construction equipment
  • Learn how to carry out major repair work and component inspections
  • Understand how machinery and key components operate
  • Develop planning and problem‑solving skills when diagnosing faults
