An award-winning Quantity Surveying consultancy is looking to expand its Manchester team with the appointment of an experienced Quantity Surveyor who has worked on prime residential or broader residential schemes.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will become part of a dynamic and experienced QS team, supporting the successful delivery of residential projects for private clients throughout the country. The new Quantity Surveyor shall undertake a client-facing role, supporting the delivery of projects at both pre- and post-contract stages while working closely with the client and wider project team.

Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of residential projects for private clients throughout the country.
  • Serve in a client-facing role at both pre- and post-contract stages.
  • Collaborate closely with clients and wider project teams.
Qualifications
  • Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or equivalent.
  • Experience in prime / high-end residential projects.
  • Strong pre- and post-contract knowledge.
  • Experience working for private clients.
  • Background in a PQS / QS consultancy.
  • Based in the Northwest.
  • Working towards completing an APC interview.
