Join our clients' growing production team based in Altrincham! Are you passionate about producing high-quality, beautifully finished garments? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment? We’re looking for a skilled Full or Part-Time Embroidery Machine and Print Operator to join our busy production team and help deliver premium results for our customers.

What You’ll Do

  • Operate multi-head embroidery machines with confidence and precision
  • Set machines correctly, including threads, needles, and functions
  • Maintain equipment: replace needles, clean/oil machinery, and monitor thread stock
  • Work efficiently to meet a busy production schedule
  • Keep your workspace impeccably clean and organised
  • Check stock accurately against job sheets and prepare garments for decoration
  • Conduct quality checks, then pack, label, and bag garments to a high standard for dispatch
