Nicobond Technical Manager
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Location: Nicobond Factory – Stoke on Trent
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8 am–5 pm

Responsibilities

• Specifications and managing complaints
• Technical Data Sheets
• Managing packaging technical detail
• Management of NBS specification & MSDS software system
• Working with the wider Technical Team in developing and managing product‑led systems
• Managing ISO and BBA accreditation

Qualifications

• Previous technical / technical services experience within this predominantly cement technology‑based sector
• Knowledge of the relevant tiling and flooring BS/EN standards
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Good team player with attention to detail
• A process‑ and system‑driven approach
• Computer literate, Microsoft suite of applications
