Site Manager – Planned Works (Full Time / Permanent)
Location: West London
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 Plus Package
We are currently recruiting for a contractor seeking a Site Manager to join their team and assist in managing and delivering a high-rise refurbishment project in West London.
As a Site Manager, you will:
- Manage and control activities on site to successfully complete the project within budget and quality standards, and within the contract period.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain the highest standards of Health and Safety at all times.
- Oversee energy-efficient improvements as part of the project.
- Take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of external refurbishment projects within the social housing sector.
- Lead a team of site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring efficient coordination, resource allocation, and timely completion.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with housing associations, stakeholders, and partners.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and resources, implementing strategies to mitigate risks and meet milestones.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, industry standards, and quality requirements.
- Oversee site activities including setup, logistics, subcontractor management, and materials procurement.
- Conduct regular site inspections, addressing issues or non-conformances promptly.
- Prepare progress reports, manage project documentation, and participate in meetings.
