Site Manager – Civil Engineering Contractor

My client is a regional civil engineering contractor seeking to onboard a site manager to deliver a new infrastructure scheme for a valued client. The scope of works includes 278 works, drainage, earthworks, and utilities.

Site Manager Responsibilities:

1. Working alongside and reporting to the project manager
2. Managing plant, labour, and materials
3. Record keeping
4. Managing health and safety
5. Conducting task briefings
6. Leading progress meetings
7. Liaising with the client and key stakeholders
8. Material ordering
9. Maintaining daily diaries

Site Manager Requirements:

1. Right to work in the UK
2. CSCS card
3. SMSTS certification
4. First aid qualification
5. Previous experience as a site manager
6. Experience with 278 works, drainage, and earthworks
7. IT literate
8. Full UK driving licence
