The Role

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will work across our client’s commercial projects, supporting the delivery of high‑quality construction services. You will be responsible for cost management, contract administration, and providing commercial insight to help drive project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage budgets, cost plans, and cash flows
• Monitor project costs and report on financial performance
• Assess and negotiate variations and claims
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and project teams
• Contribute to commercial strategies and project delivery

Candidate Requirements

• Relevant Quantity Surveying qualifications (e.g., RICS accredited)
• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within commercial construction
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost management
• Excellent communication and negotiation skillsBased in or willing to commute to Liverpool
