£15 – £16.50 per hour (Negotiable) 4 day working week. Bonus Scheme.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for welding carbon steel and stainless steel as well as assembling components.
• Reading and understanding manufacturing drawings.
• Verifying dimensions and product specifications.
• Ensuring that all the required parts for assembly are present.
• Ensuring that all parts are properly fitted and aligned.
• Ensuring that all quality standards are met.
• Maintaining the production schedule and managing key stakeholder expectations.
• Reporting and detailing product malfunctions.

Qualifications

• Time Served apprenticeship and/or equivalent qualifications.
• Competency in MIG and TIG processes.
• The ability to work with heavy metals and/or stainless steel.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
