Position Project Manager – Hill Top Cottages (Supported Living Service) – Bradford.
Responsibilities
- Operational management of Hill Top Cottages, a recovery‑based mental health supported living service.
- Apply extensive knowledge of mental health recovery approaches to promote independence and community links.
- Drive the service forward, empowering service users to move to less supported accommodation.
- Maintain positive communication, engagement, and unconditional positive regard for people we support.
- Adopt a person‑centred approach and achieve positive outcomes through co‑production with service users and creative multi‑agency working.
- Write clear assessments, support plans and guidelines.
- Work positively within a consistent, mutually supportive team ethos.
Qualifications
- Experience supervising staff – essential.
- Evidence of understanding and achieving outcomes for service users – desirable.
