Role Overview

You will be responsible for the installation and commissioning of Solar PV systems on new build residential developments. You’ll work closely with site teams, project managers, and quality teams to ensure installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. The role offers regional travel only, so you’ll be home every night.

  • Electrical testing, commissioning, and fault-finding

Essential Requirements

  • 18th Edition qualified (BS7671)
  • Previous Solar PV installation experience
  • ECS/CSCS card
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Strong understanding of electrical installation standards
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Desirable

  • Level 3 Electrical Qualification (NVQ or equivalent)
  • Solar PV qualification and commissioning experience
