Role Overview
Responsible for safe, compliant and efficient management of site activities within a safety‑critical HV environment. Holds full SR163 nomination.
Key Responsibilities
- Day‑to‑day management of site operatives, subcontractors and all site work.
- Act as Principal Contractor with full SR163 nomination.
- Develop and implement Construction Phase Plans, Site Quality Plans and RAMS.
- Prepare daily SSoW and allocate works.
- Produce and maintain Site Specific Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
- Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks and daily briefings.
