Role Overview

Responsible for safe, compliant and efficient management of site activities within a safety‑critical HV environment. Holds full SR163 nomination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Day‑to‑day management of site operatives, subcontractors and all site work.
  • Act as Principal Contractor with full SR163 nomination.
  • Develop and implement Construction Phase Plans, Site Quality Plans and RAMS.
  • Prepare daily SSoW and allocate works.
  • Produce and maintain Site Specific Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
  • Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks and daily briefings.
  • Undertake regular H.
