Join the Parkdean Resorts team as a Gas Specialist – a role that keeps you on your toes! Nothing beats good team camaraderie and the buzz of a busy shift, and our maintenance teams enjoy both in spades. As our new Gas Specialist, you will provide expertise when it comes to gas testing, ensuring our Holiday Homes and buildings are safe and fully compliant with current legislation and standards.
Responsibilities
- Complete all gas installation testing in accordance with current legislation.
- Ensuring the safe installation of any new gas appliances such as boilers, ovens and fires.
- Putting our guests first by building positive relationships to resolve queries with minimal disruption to their stay.
- Responding to any breakdowns or urgent issues.
- Upskilling our maintenance team by assisting in the training of gas safety.
- Recording all jobs on our company system.
Qualifications
- Must be ‘Gas Safe’ qualified and hold all current gas safe qualifications including CCLP1LAV Core, CCLP1RPH Core, HTRLP2, CENWAT1, CKR1, CPA1, DAH1, MET1, and CCLP1PD.
- Background checks including DBS (or equivalent) will be carried out if appropriate.
- Experience in gas testing and safety compliant installations.
