Responsibilities

  • Service and maintain hydraulic, pumping, and pipework systems across a range of sites, including balancing, commissioning, and flow control activities.
  • Perform planned and reactive maintenance on pressure vessels, pressurisation units, and HIUs, fault finding, producing accurate reports, and making technical recommendations.
  • Manage system drain down and refills, replacing pumps and valves, servicing plate heat exchangers, and working within energy centres, large plant rooms, and building distribution systems.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Multi‑Skilled background in Building Maintenance or domestic gas.
  • Preferable experience in Heat Interface Units (HIU) with related qualifications.
  • Valid UK Driving License.
