We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading social housing contractor for a Gas Supervisor to oversee domestic gas engineers across the Slough area.
The Role
- Supervise and support a team of Gas Engineers delivering PPM, breakdowns, and installations on social housing properties.
- Carry out quality checks, audits, and ensure all works meet compliance and safety standards.
- Liaise with clients, tenants, and internal teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Support training, mentoring, and performance reviews of your engineering team.
- Ensure all works are completed on time, safely, and within budget.
Requirements
- ACS qualified (CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1 as a minimum).
- Proven supervisory or lead engineer experience within the social housing sector.
- Strong knowledge of gas safety regulations and compliance.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
