  • Role
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for
  • Installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial gas systems and appliances in a range of environments.
  • You will ensure all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with current regulations and standards.
  • The Commercial Engineer will work closely with our engineering teams to provide technical solutions to our clients.
  • Y ou will be an COCN1 gas qualified engineer with experience in commercial gas heating and hot water systems.
  • The above list of duties is not exhaustive and the post holder will be required to undertake such tasks as may reasonably be expected within the scope of the post.
  • The successful candidate will have
  • A friendly and professional attitude, you will build strong relationships with our clients and their tenants, ensuring all works meet the required standards.
  • Experience in working on commercial gas heating and hot water systems.
  • Valid Gas Safe Registration and Commercial Gas Qualifications (COCN1 or CODNCO1, CIGA1, CORT1, ICPN1, TPCP1A or TPCP1).
  • Full UK Driving License
  • (essential).
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing and Heating or equivalent (desirable).
  • HNTAS/CP1 aware.
  • Proven experience as a commercial gas engineer in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of heating systems, pipework, and controls.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities.
