Due to continued growth in established markets and expansion into new areas, they are looking to expand their established Commercial team working on Highways project in SussexWith over 30 years’ experience operating throughout the UK, they provide a comprehensive range of Civil engineering & highways (minor & major civils work, highways and infrastructure).
The Role
As a key member of the commercial team, reporting into the Senior Quantity Surveyor and mentoring Grad /AQS’s, you will be responsible for procurement and management of subcontractors and supply chain.
Managing projects from award through to final accounts, reporting on monthly cost/value reconciliations, assisting with change and managing variations.

Key Experience
- Degree Qualified in Quantity Surveying or other relevant qualification and experience
- Civil Engineering and Infrastructure experience
- Previous Main Contracting and or Sub Contractor experience
- NEC contract experience
- Sub contract procurement and management experience
- Financial reporting, remeasurement and take-off experience
