Commercial Gas Engineer
Location: Leicester / Midlands
Salary: Up to Β£47,000 + Van + Excellent Benefits

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join a well-established Facilities Management provider, covering a portfolio of commercial sites across Leicester and the surrounding areas.

The Role
As a Commercial Gas Engineer, you will be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance across a range of commercial properties.
Your duties will include:
- Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
- Reactive maintenance and breakdowns
- Fault finding and diagnostics
- Servicing and repairs of commercial boilers
- Maintenance of gas-fired equipment and associated plant
- Working on AHUs, pumps, valves and heating systems
- Completing compliance and safety checks
- Updating job information and completing relevant documentation
- Liaising with site teams and clients to ensure works are completed efficiently
What We're Looking For
Commercial Gas qualifications
- CODNCO1, CIGA1, ICPN1, TPCP1/1A
- or equivalent
- Previous experience working within commercial buildings or Facilities Management
- Strong fault-finding and maintenance experience
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Comfortable working across multiple sites
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Experience working on HVAC or wider mechanical building services would be highly beneficial
