Key Responsibilities

  • Lead civil engineering design activities across water infrastructure projects
  • Provide technical leadership to engineers, designers, and technicians
  • Manage project delivery from outline design through to detailed design
  • Review calculations, reports, and technical deliverables
  • Support multidisciplinary design coordination and project planning
  • Manage design quality, risk, and technical compliance
  • Work closely with clients and project stakeholders
  • Support resource planning and project prioritisation

Requirements

  • Strong civil engineering experience within the UK regulated water sector
  • Experience delivering clean water and wastewater infrastructure projects
  • Background in outline and detailed design delivery
  • Strong understanding of UK water industry standards and requirements
  • Experience leading technical teams and mentoring engineers
  • Chartered Engineer or equivalent experience
  • Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or related discipline
