We are currently working in partnership with a respected housing association and who are looking to appoint a Gas Engineer on a 9-month FTC.
This will be a full-time position based in Pembrokeshire, with a company vehicle/fuel card and a salary of £35,454 per annum.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Gas Engineer looking to work within the social housing sector, carrying out a mixture of responsive repairs, compliance works, servicing, and planned maintenance across residential properties.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Completing gas servicing, repairs, maintenance and fault-finding works
- Delivering high levels of first-time fix performance
- Undertaking heating installations and replacements
- Ensuring all work is carried out in line with current gas safety regulations and compliance standards
- Supporting planned maintenance and property improvement programmes
- Providing excellent customer service to tenants and
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
- ACS Gas qualifications including CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1 and CPA1
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Gas, Plumbing or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience carrying out servicing, repairs and maintenance within domestic properties
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong customer-focused approach
Working hours:
37 hours per week
Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm
