We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading social housing contractor for a Gas Supervisor to oversee domestic gas engineers across the Slough area.

The Role

  • Supervise and support a team of Gas Engineers delivering PPM, breakdowns, and installations on social housing properties.
  • Carry out quality checks, audits, and ensure all works meet compliance and safety standards.
  • Liaise with clients, tenants, and internal teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Support training, mentoring, and performance reviews of your engineering team.
  • Ensure all works are completed on time, safely, and within budget.

Requirements

  • ACS qualified (CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1 as a minimum).
  • Proven supervisory or lead engineer experience within the social housing sector.
  • Strong knowledge of gas safety regulations and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.
