Our client offers customers a complete turnkey solution for the installation, service, maintenance, fault finding and repair of a range of HVAC solutions including commercial boilers, heating systems, mechanical plant equipment, air conditioning and chillers. The client base includes long‑standing relationships with organisations such as David Lloyd Leisure, Vue Cinemas, Cineworld, Tate & Lyle, Radisson Hotels, Hilton, Malmaison and more.

Salary & Benefits

  • Basic Salary up to £55k outside London DOE, up to £60k in London DOE
  • Company van – optional personal use
  • Profit‑share scheme after 12 months – up to £3,600 tax free
  • Overtime paid at 1.5× 40‑hour working week; travel paid after 30 minutes each way
  • On‑call allowance (1 in 4/5) – £1,200 guaranteed, travel paid door‑to‑door when called out
  • Pension
  • 22 days' holidays plus bank holidays; increases to 25 days after 5 years and 30 days after 10 years
  • Company uniform, phone & PDA

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute service and maintenance visits for commercial boilers, gas appliances and plant room equipment
  • Respond to breakdowns and perform fault‑finding tasks
  • Carry out repairs on commercial boilers, gas appliances and mechanical equipment
  • Cover the South East region for the listed clients, maintaining strong relationships

Qualifications

  • Valid ACS Commercial Gas Tickets (CODNCO1, ICPN1, CIGA1, CORT1, CDGA1)
  • NVQ in Heating & Ventilation
  • Full driver’s licence
  • Reside in the South East
