This role combines Health, Safety and Environmental coordination with process engineering responsibilities within a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will help strengthen safety and environmental performance, maintain management systems and contribute to operational improvements while supporting production teams and driving continuous improvement across site activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the site lead for Health, Safety and Environmental matters
  • Maintain and manage ISO management systems and compliance requirements
  • Conduct internal and external HSE audits and implement improvements
  • Support manufacturing operations through process documentation and guidance
  • Promote a strong safety culture through training, communication and leadership
  • Provide daily manufacturing instruction to the shopfloor in the form of procedures and work instructions
  • Provide support to R&D and any new process implementations

Requirements

  • NEBOSH certified
  • Proven HSE experience within Manufacturing environment
  • Auditor certification in ISO standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001)
  • Approachable attitude, whilst being able to drive & implement new processes
