  • Supporting plant performance and uptime across AD, CHP and process systems
  • Working on motors, pumps, conveyors and associated plant machinery
  • Supporting continuous improvement and engineering upgrades
  • Managing spares, stock and supplier coordination

Whats In It For You

  • Strong salary with progression built in
  • ÂŁ45,000 starting salary
  • ÂŁ47,500 after successful probation

  • Real exposure to renewable energy, anaerobic digestion and process systems
  • Opportunity to work across electrical, mechanical and control systems
  • Autonomy and responsibility
  • Small on‑site team – you’ll be one of the engineers keeping the plant running
  • Trusted to make decisions, solve problems and take ownership
  • Career growth in renewables
  • Work alongside Group Engineers and develop in a growing sector
  • Exposure to modern plant, SCADA systems and continuous improvement

Benefits

  • Monday to Friday, 42 hours

  • Ability to read schematics, diagrams and engineering drawings
  • Experience using maintenance systems
  • Full UK driving licence (or reliable commute to site)
  • Willingness to be part of an on‑call rota

Desirable

  • Experience in anaerobic digestion, utilities, wastewater or industrial process environments
  • Welding or fabrication skills
  • FLT, MEWP or Telehandler licences

Why This Role?
