Commercial Solar Site Managers to oversee Solar PV installation projects across the UK.
The successful Commercial Solar Site Manager will be responsible for managing site operations on commercial rooftop and ground mount Solar PV projects, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.
You’ll coordinate installation teams, subcontractors and client representatives while maintaining quality and programme throughout the project.
This opportunity is ideal for experienced Site Managers looking for long-term contract work with a busy and expanding renewable energy business.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing commercial Solar PV installation projects
- Supervising installation teams and subcontractors
- Coordinating site activities to meet programme deadlines
- Ensuring all work complies with health and safety regulations
- Managing site documentation, RAMS and daily reporting
- Liaising with clients, project managers and suppliers
- Conducting site inspections and quality checks
- Supporting project delivery from mobilisation through to completion
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience managing commercial Solar PV projects
- Strong understanding of commercial rooftop and/or ground mount installations
- SSSTS or SMSTS qualification
- First Aid at Work qualification
- ECS or CSCS card
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Happy travelling and staying away during the working week when required
