The role is ideal for a technician with experience in the water and wastewater sector who enjoys working on technically challenging infrastructure projects and contributing to essential utility schemes.
Responsibilities
- Producing 2D drawings and 3D models for civil engineering projects within the water and wastewater sector.
- Supporting the design of infrastructure such as pumping stations, treatment works, pipelines, and associated site infrastructure.
- Preparing general arrangements, sections, and construction drawings in line with project requirements.
- Working closely with engineers to translate design concepts into coordinated technical outputs.
- Assisting with the preparation of design documentation and technical deliverables.
- Coordinating drawings with other disciplines to ensure consistency and accuracy across project information.
- Maintaining drawing standards and ensuring outputs comply with project specifications and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Experience working as a Civil Technician within an engineering consultancy or design environment.
