Job Purpose The Wind Turbine O&M Technician supports the O&M team in delivering projects, resolving issues, and implementing improvements. Candidates should have a mechanical and/or electrical background, preferably in turbines, with strong fault-finding skills on electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems. Key Accountabilities We seek experienced Wind Turbine Technicians eager to develop their skills further, contribute to high-quality maintenance, and support business growth. Responsibilities include communication at site, safety procedures, risk assessments, method statements, and travel within the UK & Ireland as needed. Candidate Requirements Knowledge of gearbox inspections Experience with vibration analysis, ultrasound, bore scope, thermal imaging Fault-finding skills Blade repair experience Ability to resolve technical onsite issues and lead component replacements Tooling knowledge Technical auditing and reporting skills Ability to develop technical training Experience in H&S-focused environments Knowledge & Skills Turbine O&M background Team leadership and subcontractor coordination Health & Safety awareness (RA, CoSSH, MS) Mechanical/Electrical fault finding Hydraulic tooling use Blade repairs Qualifications Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Qualification (minimum Level 3 NVQ) Additional Information We celebrate diversity and encourage applicants from all backgrounds to join us, fostering a team that solves complex problems and delivers practical solutions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
