We\’re looking for a Water Treatment Specialist to join our team in the Midlands and London area.This is the perfect role for a skilled Water Treatment Engineer or Technician ready to step up and truly own the process-from surveying and quoting to project planning and execution. If you have a passion for building relationships and solving complex challenges, we want to talk to you.What you\’ll be doing: Technical & Service: Install, commission, and maintain a range of pre-treatment systems, from water softeners and filtration units to reverse osmosis systems. Analyse water quality for steam boilers, cooling towers, and closed systems to deliver tailored treatment solutions. Conduct site surveys, perform water quality tests, and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure our clients\’ systems are running efficiently. Sales & Account Management: Proactively identify new business opportunities, preparing proposals and technical solutions. Follow up leads and convert them to orders. Develop strong, lasting relationships with clients, acting as their go-to advisor for all things water treatment. Who we\’re looking for:You should have a solid background in water treatment and water hygiene / Legionella awareness. We\’re looking for someone who is confident, great with people, and has a knack for turning technical challenges into practical solutions.
