Job Description:Join EcoGDEA – A Leading Name in UK Renewable EnergyWe are looking for ambitious, commission-only sales professionals to join our fast-growing team at EcoGDEA. If you\’re experienced in solar sales or energy efficiency schemes and want uncapped earning potential, this is your opportunity to work with a trusted renewable energy provider.We have three open roles, depending on your experience: 1. Commercial Solar Sales Specialist (PPA) Sell PPA-based solar PV systems to commercial clients Engage with business owners, landlords, and institutions Present financial and environmental savings clearly Earn high commissions per closed project 2. Domestic Solar & Battery Sales Advisor Advise UK homeowners on solar PV and battery options Manage inbound leads or generate your own Conduct virtual or in-person assessments Guide customers through the full sales cycle 3. ECO4 Scheme Sales Advisor Help households qualify for free government-funded upgrades Explain ECO4 benefits (insulation, solar, heating) Collect documents and complete eligibility checks Great role for those with ECO/energy grant experience Requirements Minimum 1-2 years of B2C or B2B sales experience Experience in solar, renewables, or ECO schemes preferred Must have own vehicle and UK driving licence Self-employed / commission-only mindset CRM & communication skills Benefits Uncapped commissions – OTE £50K-£120K+ Growing company with long-term prospects Remote-based with UK-wide coverage Tools & training provided (ECO4 & CRM use) Prompt and reliable commission payments Supportive team and clear career path
