We're looking for a Septic Tank/ Sewage Treatment Plant Installer to join the Auger Team, covering Northampton. Our total package is worth £38,346.76 - £45,042.68 without overtime.

Financials
- Starting Salary - £34,214.85 - £40,324.82 dependent on experience
- Annual Bonus - approx £2000 - £2500
- 5.5% Pension Contribution - approx £1881.82 - £2217.87
- Overtime: Optional weekend OT at 1.5x rate eg. 10 days would top up the package to £40,320.60 - £47,369.12
Working Hours
- 42.5hrs per week, Mon-Fri only & NO on-call work
- We pay door-to-door including all driving time
- Go straight to your job from home - you don't have to report to a depot or yard first
- Limited stay-aways, with bonuses/annual leave for more than 3 overnights per quarter

The Role
- Independently complete Septic Tank and Sewage Treatment Plant Installations
- Confidently talk our customer through the works, giving them peace of mind
- Communicate proactively with our Field Operations Team at HQ
- Work effectively with other engineers in our team as required
Preferred Experience
- Strong knowledge of existing Septic Tank and Sewage Treatment Plant systems
- Good understanding of General Binding Rules
- Proven track record of completed ST/STP installations, ideally with a portfolio of evidence
- Use of underground CCTV camera
- Use of CAT scanner in order to identify buried services and to trace/locate the drainage system by use of sonde
- Reinstatement of various different domestic surface types including: paving slabs, block paving, cold lay tarmac, concrete, etc.
- Ability to manage other suppliers on site such as electricians, building control and tank contractors
