**Senior Project Manager – Finance
Location – Manchester

Role Purpose
The successful candidate will support projects that deliver effective transformation change within the Global Business Service Organization and the wider Lonza finance function in Europe, North America and Asia-Pacific regions. The type of projects to be delivered include among others process migration, process re-engineering and IT Implementations.

What You Will Do
- Ensure that the projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Together with project sponsor developing project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Stakeholder engagement, reporting up to leadership and also engaging with end-user communities
- Validation techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
What We Are Looking For
- Project manager with experience of project management within financial processes, Continuous Improvement management.
- Business Change Management involving rollout of new processes to end users. Stakeholder Management and organisation of training delivery.
- Support communication efforts. Enable the design, development, delivery and management of key communications.
- Experience implementing and running global projects
- An acknowledged PM qualification (APMP, PMP, Prince2)
