Create Solutions that will enable a better tomorrow. To build up our offshore wind delivery team, we are looking for a Project Manager to join us. Working on offshore wind projects, you'll manage and collaborate closely with clients to ensure seamless execution and successful outcomes every step of the way.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Project Management with special focus on FEED and Detailed Design of Offshore Wind Foundations
- Managing contracts along with risk management, quality assurance, document control and cost control for the projects
- Looking after change management and delivery assurance, including certification
- Leading project teams in execution of the projects including ensuring the well-being of project teams
- Leading project discipline leads and design teams
- Managing stakeholders, suppliers and partners
- Effectively utilising our project support functions and our Engineering Design Centre for delivery of allocated projects
- To work with the leadership team to develop our position in the UK and Irish market while managing and supporting tenders for selected prospects
- Liaising closely with our international colleagues to ensure a consistent and high-quality service offering across our projects
- Identify and supporting potential areas for further development both in terms of technical delivery and associated business development.

On top of that, you'll have:
- Chartered Engineer status with a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Civil, Structural, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Recognised experience as an offshore wind professional with a background in design and or owners engineer project delivery
- A comprehensive background in multi-disciplinary project delivery, showcasing a deep understanding of the complexities involved in offshore wind projects.
- Experience as a Project Manager with knowledge of the Offshore sector
- In-depth knowledge of all common foundation types for offshore wind turbines and substations.
- Proficient communication skills in English (both oral and written) to effectively convey complex technical information to diverse stakeholders.
- A solid history of delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards throughout all stages of the project lifecycle.
