Responsibilities:
- Responsible for study activities related to the Data Management study set up, conduct, and close out.
- Ensure timely, budget-compliant and accurate completion of Data Management deliverables, including the Data Management Plan, Database specifications, Database build, interim data cuts, Database lock and study archiving.
- Produce key study metric reports and KRIs for RBM approach, reporting monitoring and mitigating actions in the issues tracker.
- Prepare, perform senior review/QC and update documents for the data handling manual.
- Compile all documents in the DHM and obtain client approval.
- Assign dictionary codes to medical terms, perform QC of coded terms and review coded data listings for consistency.
- Liaise with study Medical Physician to resolve coding issues.
- Prepare documents for third party data, perform senior review, QC and update of those documents.
- Establish test and live data transfer processes through liaison with third party vendors.
- Liaise with third party vendors and/or clients for resolution of process or contract issues.
- Review reconciliation outputs and resolve data issues with clients and/or third party vendors.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Data Management.
- Industry experience in RBQM.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
