We are looking for a high-energy, self-motivated Junior Technical Project Manager to join our team. This is a foundational role designed for someone who is passionate about the intersection of technology and gaming and is eager to build a career in technical project management. You will work closely with our Senior Project Managers to support the delivery of complex technical initiatives across our live casino and platform departments. This isn’t just a "task-tracking" job—we are looking for a fast learner who will eventually take full ownership of project streams. If you are a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination: Assist in the daily management of game development and platform projects, ensuring all tasks are moving through the pipeline.
  • Documentation & Tracking: Maintain project documentation, update Jira boards, and ensure project plans are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Act as a bridge between design, tech, and marketing teams to ensure communication is clear and blockers are identified early.
  • Meeting Facilitation: Scribe and distribute action items from technical syncs and sprint ceremonies, following up with stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed.
  • Risk Escalation: Monitor project timelines and proactively flag potential delays or dependencies to senior leadership.
  • Reporting: Assist in preparing weekly progress reports for stakeholders, translating technical updates into clear business status updates.

Required Skills & Mindset

  • Education/Experience: A degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field OR - 1+ years of experience in a coordinator or junior role within a tech-driven environment.
  • Self-Motivation: A "get-it-done" attitude. You don’t wait for instructions; you look for ways to be helpful and improve processes.
  • Tech Curiosity: A foundational understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). You don’t need to code, but you must be able to hold your own in a room full of engineers.
  • Organizational Mastery: Exceptional time-management skills and the ability to juggle multiple small tasks without anything falling through the cracks.
  • Communication: Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills. You can explain a "blocker" simply and effectively.
  • Tools: Basic familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or MS Project.

Desirable (But Not Required)

  • A genuine interest in iGaming or Live Casino products.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.
