Infor is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced
IT Procurement Specialist
to join our team. The IT Procurement Specialist will be responsible for supplier and contract management, stakeholder support, assisting with the management of the software asset management life cycle and strategic development of the IT Procurement function at Infor, while seeking cost-effective and value-added solutions for all software and hardware-related purchases.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with IT and business teams to understand technology needs and offer procurement insights that support growth.
- Lead vendor selection, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships to secure the best value.
- Foster collaborative relationships with IT, finance, compliance, and operations, ensuring alignment with procurement objectives.
- Serve as the primary liaison for supplier contracts and relationships, integrating commercial and compliance requirements.
- Drive vendor consolidation to improve efficiency and support the VMO vision.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience in procurement with a demonstrated interest or passion for IT.
- International sourcing experience.
- Strong understanding of accounting and finance processes.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 15%.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Customer focus and great communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong influence and consultative skills
- Strong understanding of licensing pricing models
- MCIPS qualification or actively working towards CIPS certification
- Computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft applications
- Reporting and analysis skills
- Knowledge of SQL
