The predicted salary is between 72000 - 108000 Β£ per year.

A rare opportunity for an experienced COO to join a premier E&P firm and lead their expansion as well as manage all operational aspects. The role will report to the CEO directly and be part of the executive committee.

The responsibilities for this role are wide and include:

  • Lead major capital improvement projects to support company expansion / asset base
  • Relationship management with contractors and service providers
  • Asset review and capital planning / costs targets / allocating budget / financial performance vs budget
  • Operational management and reporting across the asset base
  • Leadership of the operations arm including appraisal, development and performance management of staff
  • Policies, procedures and HSE
  • Organisational development

A successful candidate will have a minimum of 20 years in the oil and gas industry, at least 5 of which are in a similar role. Offshore/E&P knowledge is critical, experience in the Middle East a definite plus.
