We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Construction Closeout Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the closeout phase of our construction projects, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the closeout process for construction projects, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Compile and organize all closeout documents, including warranties, operation manuals, and as-built drawings.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to address any outstanding issues or punch list items.
  • Ensure compliance with all contractual and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct final inspections and ensure all work meets quality standards.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.
