We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and mission-driven Energy Data Analyst to join our growing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing energy usage data from homeowners and small-to-mid-sized businesses (SMBs), identifying potential cost-saving opportunities, and providing actionable insights that support the transition to renewable energy.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze utility bill data, energy consumption patterns, and rate structures for residential and SMB prospects.

- Collaborate with outreach and sales teams to help prioritize leads and tailor solutions to specific customer profiles.
- Maintain clean and accurate records in our CRM and data systems.

- Stay up to date on utility rates, local incentives, and renewable energy trends to inform analysis.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in data analysis, energy auditing, or a related analytical field (energy or utilities experience a strong plus).
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data visualization tools. Bonus for experience with energy modeling software or scripting (e. g., Python, R, SQL).
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
