The Sales Support Coordinator reports to the Sales Support Manager – EMEA and is responsible for providing outstanding support to the Sales team and prospective clients through every stage of the Sales process. This role performs a range of administrative support tasks such as data collection and reporting, preparing legal contracts and documents, liaising with the global finance team to follow up outstanding invoices and payments, maintaining sales databases as well as various other activities that ensures the entire sales process is as smooth as possible.

Primary Responsibilities
Act as a first point of contact for all commercial enquiries related to PLEXOS for new business sales.
Prepare quotes for software licenses, training and implementations.
Responsibility for preparation of various contract agreements with new and existing clients.
Revision of external contracts from prospects and liaising with legal team.
Responsibility for contract variations and suggested change revisions.
Assisting the Sales team in the sales / negotiation process.
Coordinate procurement process and preparation of legal documents.
Coordinate internally and externally activation of services and licenses for new clients.
Responsibility for preparation of responses to new tenders for prospects and submission of required documents.
Responsibility for supplier registration for new clients and document assessments.
Maintain Salesforce database and relevant customers’ information.
Ad-hoc assistance to SVP and Sales team
Process orders via email or phone where required.
Ensure invoice accuracy and communication with new clients in regards to the billing.
Coordination with Accounts team on invoicing, new supplier registration and monitoring outstanding payments.
Support in commercial project management for modelling and advanced support services
Prepare, negotiate and coordinate execution of subcontractor’s agreements
Prepare and coordinate modelling services agreements for new and existing customers
Ensure invoice accuracy and communication with subcontractors in regards to the project completion and billing.
Assistance with office management, team operations and admin support to EMEA team
Ensure the proper administration, filing and safekeeping of all new and existing customers records
Candidate Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a sales support, adiminstaraton or aligned position
- High written and verbal communication and negotiation skills Essential
- Qualification in business related field ie, marketing business administration or support
- High proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications – i.e. Excel, Word, PPT Essential
- High level of attention to detail and ability to think critically is Essential
- Understanding of the end-to-end sales cycle and relevant processes Essential
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company success Essential
- Ability to quickly build strong relationships and rapport with prospective clients Essential
- Intermediate knowledge of Salesforce platform and software Desirable
