About the Position

The Revenue Operations Manager (EMEA) will play a key role in supporting and improving the processes, technology, data, and analytics that enable our global Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.

Reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations, this role will work closely with Revenue Operations colleagues and go-to-market stakeholders across Energy Exemplar to improve operational efficiency, data quality, reporting, and decision-making across the customer lifecycle.

We are looking for someone who is analytical, commercially minded, and comfortable working across multiple systems and data sources.

You will help turn data into actionable insights, identify opportunities to improve our go-to-market processes, and support the ongoing development of our Revenue Operations function.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or Customer Success Operations who wants to broaden their exposure across the full go-to-market organization and develop their Rev Ops expertise in a growing global business.

Responsibilities

  • Support continuous improvement across go-to-market processes, planning, technology, reporting, and analytics.
  • Analyze Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and recurring analysis to support Revenue Operations and go-to-market leadership.
  • Support annual and ongoing planning activities, including capacity, coverage, territory, quota, pipeline, and forecasting analysis.
  • Support and optimize key stages of the sales cycle through effective use of Salesforce (SFDC), CPQ, Hub Spot, and external account enrichment tools.
  • Monitor and improve data quality, integrity, and consistency across go-to-market systems.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into reporting, process, and system requirements.
  • Support the prioritization, testing, and implementation of system enhancements in partnership with technical teams.
  • Help maintain alignment across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Analyze pipeline, forecasting, demand generation, opportunity progression, renewals, and other key go-to-market performance metrics.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the end-to-end customer journey and provide insights that connect performance across the GTM value chain.
  • Create clear, actionable analysis and recommendations for Revenue Operations and GTM stakeholders.
  • Candidate Requirements & Qualifications

5-7 years experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Customer Success Operations, Business Operations, or a similar analytical role within a B2B software environment; Saa S experience is preferred.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into clear business insights and recommendations.
  • Experience supporting go-to-market planning and performance management, ideally including areas such as capacity and coverage planning, territory and quota planning, pipeline management, forecasting, opportunity stage management, demand generation, and renewals.
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC), including reporting, dashboards, data structures, and sales processes.
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements for Salesforce, CPQ, reporting, or other GTM systems.
  • Ability to synthesize information from multiple data sources to provide interconnected insights across the GTM value chain and customer buying journey.

Advanced Excel skills , including the ability to manipulate, analyze, and present complex datasets.

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of data quality.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to work effectively across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and other teams.
  • A proactive and curious mindset, with the ability to identify problems, investigate root causes, and recommend practical solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, growing global organization.

  • Hub Spot experience.
  • Experience with CPQ platforms.
  • Experience with business intelligence and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Familiarity with account enrichment, intent, or other GTM data platforms.
  • Experience working with Saa S metrics and recurring-revenue business models.
