Qualifications:
- Specialisation in electricity systems/markets preferred
- 4+ years’ experience in energy markets with strong grounding in market fundamentals, economics, system operations, or engineering
- Experience with energy market modelling, including optimisation/unit-commitment tools (e.g., PLEXOS, BID3, Antares, SDDP, PROMOD)
- Ability to build rapport and engage confidently with stakeholders
- Proficiency with corporate productivity, web-presentation tools, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage competing deadlines
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and quality-focused mindset
- Strong organisational skills and a sense of urgency in achieving goals
- High motivation for professional and career growth
