About Us: Energy Efficient Solutions Group (EESG) was born out of extensive experience in the lighting industry, actively promoting the energy-saving benefits of LED lighting through our organisation, Energy Saving Lighting. From this background, the Group has evolved to further support our clients in their drive towards decarbonisation and Net Zero, providing a wide range of solutions, including LED Lighting, Solar PV, Heating solutions, Electric Vehicle Charging, and Air Purification.
The Digital Growth Manager will be responsible for implementing and optimising EES Group’s digital strategy across SEO, AEO, PPC, paid social, organic social, and conversion pathways. The role will focus on executing digital activity that supports entry into new markets, strengthens sector positioning, and generates qualified inbound opportunities.
This is a hands-on role, combining strategic thinking with practical delivery across multiple digital channels. The position will work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure digital activity aligns with commercial priorities, sector growth plans, and pipeline objectives.
- Digital Growth Strategy & Execution: Implement digital strategies that support expansion into priority sectors including NHS, Education, Commercial, MoJ, MoD and Industrial markets. Translate commercial objectives into measurable digital campaigns. Develop and execute structured SEO and Answer Engine Optimisation strategies to improve visibility in both traditional search and AI-driven search environments. Ensure technical optimisation, structured data, and content hierarchy support authority and ranking growth.
- Paid Media & PPC: Manage and optimise PPC campaigns across Google and LinkedIn, ensuring budget efficiency, strong cost-per-lead performance, and alignment with sector targeting priorities. Test and refine campaigns to improve conversion rates and lead quality. Support strategic use of LinkedIn and other relevant platforms to strengthen brand visibility, sector engagement, and thought leadership positioning.
- Content & Conversion Optimisation: Support development of landing pages, sector pages, and digital assets that improve engagement and conversion.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Establish clear KPIs aligned to commercial outcomes including organic growth, paid performance, conversion rates, and inbound pipeline contribution. Monitor competitor positioning, digital trends, and platform changes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B digital marketing.
- Proven experience delivering multi-channel digital growth strategies.
- Strong working knowledge of SEO, PPC, paid social, and digital performance optimisation.
- Experience launching or supporting digital activity in new markets or sectors.
- Commercially minded, with the ability to align digital performance to revenue objectives.
