Job Description Summary
As a key member of the Original Equipment Manufacturing Product Value stream, you will integrate and lead the delivery of products to operators flying Dowty Propellers. Working closely with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders, you will lead teams to deliver value to customers , resolve issues and achieve financial and contractual objectives to required timescales. As well as delivery execution to achieve the business financial commitments, there will be the opportunity to get involved in commercial tasks to deliver products and services for both civil and military platforms.
The Delivery Leader contributes to the Go to market strategy for our Fleet Support products , building relationship with customers and operators, bringing voice of the customer and aftermarket feedback. This presents an opportunity to develop strong networks externally in the industry and internally within GE.
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities

Leading the delivery of Fleet Support Portfolio, in collaboration with the Fleet Support Contract Delivery Manager.

Fleet Support Portfolio includes:

Management and distribution of Technical Publication licences, documentation and users administration
-
Management of royalty contracts
-
Visual Technical Publications , commercialization and delivery management

Asset Management software licences and services, commercialization and delivery management.

Supporting administration tasks related to Fleet Support Portfolio – such as users management , issues management and resolution , invoicing , reporting, contract renewals – which can overall represent approximately 30% of the workload.

Perform as interface between the customer and the internal business team at varying levels of seniority, assuring timely resolution of issues, keeping the customer advised of the progress of the contract or program, and negotiate changes or solutions to issues.

Supports the Commercial team to integrate Fleet Support Portfolio products in the aftermarket services contracts, bringing voice of the customer and aftermarket feedback.

Supports Sales team in the offering of fleet support products to customers and operators.

Interacts and builds network and relationship with other GE units, collaborating to bring added value to the products and services , cross-fertilization and aftermarket intelligence.

Responsible for adherence to business financial budget, working with internal stakeholders to ensure we compliantly deliver on plan to meet our financial objectives, using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) where appropriate.

Uses high level of judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems. Has ability to assess quality of information given and ask pertinent questions to stakeholders or customers. Able to offer new solutions to problems outside of set parameters and is able to construct and provide recommendations.

Interprets simple internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services.

Stays informed of industry trends that may inform work, in particular MRO services and aftermarket of aerospace products and services.
Required Qualifications

Experience of owning and delivering financial performance, ideally in a product delivery , manufacturing environment or digital services to aftermarket.

Demonstratable experience in a customer facing Product Management and/or Program Management role.

Experience of working in aerospace industry or other relevant industry.

Experience of leading cross functional teams in a customer facing role.
