The On Wing Support Technician will provide both on wing and off wing support at our operations based at London Stansted Airport. In this role, you will provide engine troubleshooting, field repairs, and line maintenance while developing positive relationships with customers through outstanding customer awareness.

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of and follow through on the full scope of work tasks and projects.
  • Focus on the needs of customers, always delivering with precision and care.
  • Build strong customer relationships through effective communication and understanding of customer perspectives.
  • Act with humility and lead with transparency at all times.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Completed a formal engineering apprenticeship or relevant industry experience within a technically complex industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively interpret detailed documented work instructions.
  • Team player with flexible approach and a positive attitude.
  • Experience with using Borescope equipment is a requirement and experience of working with large commercial aircraft engines.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Ability and willingness to travel on short notice to domestic and international locations to perform maintenance of GE/CFM commercial engines.
