We’re looking for two enthusiastic people to join our Contact Centre team at Energy Assets.
You don’t need previous contact centre experience - we’ll train you from scratch and give you all the support you need to succeed.
What matters most is that you can communicate confidently, type accurately and use everyday Microsoft software such as Outlook and Excel.
You’ll also need a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and a genuine interest in helping people.

What you’ll be doing
With full training and support, you’ll learn how to
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a friendly and professional way.
- Listen carefully and help resolve customer enquiries.
- Arrange appointments and coordinate engineers’ diaries.
- Communicate with customers, engineers and internal teams.
- Prepare documents accurately and efficiently.
- Keep customers updated throughout their journey.
- Record information correctly on our systems.
